Mason convinced us he was the man for the job , with his pleasant manner, knowledge and experience in the area. He proved to be enthusiastic, honest and a good communicator. Working tirelessly he sold our duplex in a short time at an excellent (record) price. Thankyou to Mason and his team at LJ Hooker Paradise Point.

Mason recently sold our investment home which is occupied by tenants who have 6 months left on their lease. Mason managed to sell our house whilst gently navigating the requests of the tenants as well as potential buyers. He was incredibly skilled. All parties were well informed during the sale and we would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

In the current market where purchasing a property can be very competitive and buyers can feel undervalued, it was such a welcome experience to purchase a property through. He valued us as return customers and supported us to purchase our lovely new unit. When it’s time for us to sell, I will look no further than Mason as he’s an honest, hardworking agent with the highest degree of integrity.

It gives me great pleasure to say we were completely happy with dealing with Mason Niari. He is a true Professional and to my surprise if he said he would get back to me or he would say I will get that done - he does. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase again with Mason Niari. A fantastic experience made easy by Mason.

I have purchased and sold many, many homes in Tassie and Robina/Varsity Lakes areas. They have all been an experience, 3 homes actually sold on day one. However, I have never experieced before the amazing excellence, professionalism, helpfullness and ease that Mason has provided. This has been an amazingly short contract with top dollar selling price. I am definitely happy to recommend Mason to all. Many thanks to Mason and his team 😃
