Matthew is a proud, lifelong resident of Penrith with a long family history in the area. In fact, his great grandfather and grandad owned one of the first bakeries in Penrith – O’Farrell’s Bakery. They used to deliver bread around Penrith, Orchard Hills and Castlereagh by horse and cart. Matthew’s grandparents also had the first bus and taxi service in the Mt Druitt area and use to drive construction workers to Warragamba Dam and the Log Cabin. Having a long line of family generations that have lived in Penrith and with two children of his own, Matthew is very passionate about our local community and is excited to see Penrith grow and want’s to help it get there by being involved with the local community and local government. Working in real estate gives Matthew the opportunity to interact with so many local people and help them achieve their goals – whether it’s getting onto the property ladder, upsizing, downsizing or securing their financial future.
