Having been referred by a friend we choose Adam and in the 10 yrs of selling and buying realestate i have never had a better agent. Numerous times travelling the 120km return trip just to get us to sign forms or sit down for a chat to update us on the progress. Every second day if not every day shooting thru a text msg just to keep us updated. At times our solicitor let us down but Adam was more than happy to sort things out for us even if it wasnt his job too. I cant speak more highly of him.

He had done his homework prior to visiting the property unlike other agents who later scoffed at his preperiness however learning a valuable lesson. After listing the property at $20k higher than I thought it was worth, we were more than happy to see the property under contract on the first open day. The offer was increased to over $60 k more than we first listed it privately Simon even in his own time mowed the lawn with his mower the day before the open day, says it all of this man. Well done Simon
