Jenna was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was patient, friendly, professional, honest, helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I live in Queensland and spent months trying to purchase a house and every Real Estate Agent I spoke with didn't want to offer their time to help me and would pressure me to put an offer on a house I was looking at that day without even answering any of my questions.......until Jenna. She took me through the house via Facetime, answered all of my questions and was just a lovely lady in general. Jenna did a great job pointing us towards a house that suited our needs. After originally meeting by chance at an open home, she listened to what we were looking for and knew of a location that fit the requirements we put forth. Within a short amount of time she had organised for an inspection and when we chose to make an offer she went the extra mile on a Sunday to make sure we got pen to paper before the house potentially went on the market the next day and thus avoided the risk of us missing out.
