We dealt with Jannette as buyers and while she was obviously working in the sellers interest (the property went to multiple offers) she was also very obliging and helpful to us as buyers in order to facilitate our purchase and the vendors sale. She enabled us to conduct multiple pre-settlement inspections and was always readily available to answer our many enquiries. We were impressed with Jannette going the extra mile in taking multiple offers – too many agents are focused on a quick and simple sale and will go immediately to contract on the first offer. She took the extra time and effort to get the best price for her vendor but was also very honest and transparent in her dealings with us as buyers. We are thrilled with our purchase and believe we paid a very fair price for the property. We would definitely be keen to secure Janette as an agent – whether selling or buying.
