Wow, WHAT AN OUTCOME !! what can we say ? Natalie put in the hard yards and got us a Fantastic result, she suggested we Auction the property instead of a private sale, said we had the home that would interest buyers, "we set a reserve we never thought possible", however Natalie was not fussed she just had this positive attitude and said she wanted to get us a great result. Auction day was very nerve racketing however to the last minute she was still beside us ,advising & supporting us, saying she has put in a lot of work into luring cashed up buyers to the auction. Wow what an outcome !! we achieved over and above the reserve and market value, way and above our exception. We feel that Natalie raised the bar, for what a real estate should be.
