Corinnes market knowledge was amazing she told us exactly what we should do to get the best price for our property. She was very helpful in organising builders ect for work to be done before settlement. She has a lot of contacts which means good quality work can be done in a short turn around time. This was extremely helpful considering we had moved out of the area and were not close enough to be able to sort it out ourself. Although there were a few hiccups along the way I would recommend her to family and friends as the service was outstanding and we are very happy with the end result. Thanks for all your hard work.

We met with Graeme Carmichael on site when we listed the property. It was a very comfortable meeting and discussion of the property market and where the sale price would fit. We had studied the market extensively before ( as we are property developers) and the price suggested fell right where we thought it should be. Better still, they had a potential purchaser who viewed the property before it went on being listed and a contract was done. As a result, no additional costs and the property is under contract.
