A Pleasure to deal with
Karen and Jade rate highly in my experience of real estate agents, with a willingness to provide what we, as clients, need to establish a non-fuss sale of our property. Always punctual and armed with the necessary tools to satisfy any potential buyers, they have both been a pleasure to do business with along the journey from initial inquiry to the very prompt sale and contract. Trustworthy Professional
Jade, Karen Renouf and team, unlike many other real estate agents, take their professional responsibilities seriously. They have an acute understanding of prevailing market conditions and with their no-pretence attitude and genuine client empathy, you can trust them to work in your best interests to achieve the best sale outcome. As a retired real estate agent, I would not recommend any other agent in the bayside and adjoining area.

Easy to deal with! Mal Windebank
Mal Windebank was very easy to deal with, had a great attitude and excellent knowledge of Mt Cotton and Redland Bay. Mal was always quick to answer any question we had, if I called and he was unable to answer the phone he got back to me straight away. Mal went out of his way to try and find us a house, as soon as one came up he gave us a call. Mal treated myself and my wife with the same high level of respect, unlike some of the other agents we encountered. Mal made the selling of our house stress free and easy, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Mal if you are selling or buying a house. Kristian Brunker

Very pleased..
Nyree was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. She is a pleasure to deal with and got the result we needed much quicker than expected. Nyree’s knowledge of the market and communication was very practical and accurate. Integrity, Knowledge, Compassion.
I came to Nyree having previous bad experiences with real estate sales people. She looked around the house then told me what she felt it to be worth, and a fairly explicit thoughts on who would buy the property. Nyree came with much compassion to the situation which lead to the listing of the property and maintained that compassion through to and after settlement. Thank-you Nyree. Throughout the process she was upfront, direct and honest with all communication, this attracted me to list our property with her, as I found her extremely comfortable to deal with, and thus assume that perspective purchasers would find the same. Nyree sold the house to the person she described at our first meeting and achieved the value she had predicted. It is clear that she knows the market, and knows how to work with all parties to achieve a positive outcome, including getting her hands dirty to ensure the building inspection passes. Thank you Nyree. PS, Having bought and sold a number of houses over the last couple of decades, I have never felt compelled to publicly recommend an agent. Guess all my future purchases will need to be in Nyree's patch.
