The purchase of that property was a bit bumpy for us but finally got there. Nyree helped a lot with the extensions we always required because of a bad first experience with a mortgage broker. The next one we got was absolutely helpful and had lots of knowledge , but he had to change contracts again because of the new advice given and generally go through time extensions etc. Nyree was patient, supporting and negotiating good with the previous house owners. With the great help and negotiation of her and of the second mortgage broker we got, we finally got there! Thanks a lot both of you and we would definitely recommend Nyree to anybody that would like to sell or buy a house. Thank you.

We had an investment property in Wellington Point that my husband and I had agreed to sell late in 2015. Our rental agent suggested Nyree Ewings as she was familiar with Wellington Point and has had many successful results in the area. A few days later after making contact with Nyree she was at our door to discuss the intended sale of our rental property. As the property was still rented at the time she did not hesitate to arrange with the tenants a sensible and suitable time for open inspections. She took on board feedback from potential buyers during open days and quickly forwarded the information on to us.
