Overall really nice and easy experience
As a first home buyer, James was so informative and great to work with to secure our property. We would’ve been looking and making offers for far longer if it wasn’t for James’ assistance in making the process as simple and stress free as possible. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Team Renouf – Karen’s the one!
Karen had sold me the property, so we already had some rapport – so when I approached Karen for an appraisal, she really looked after me – Technically, a repeat customer! Karen provided the appraisal and it was encouraging – I knew she was the one to get the outcome I wanted. A preparation plan was made, as the property was nice but needed some aesthetic help. Karen had the contacts for all the trades and services I needed - they were all cheaper than competitors and they were AMAZING. It’s certainly more about who you know, and Karen is the one you want to know when selling a place! Everything, from go to whoa, went so well with so little stress – and I can’t thank Karen and Team Renouf enough for all their efforts!

Fantastic communication throughout the whole process
Nyree was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Her communication was exceptional from day one, and we were kept informed of even the smallest updates throughout the entire process. Communication is what truly makes or breaks a deal, and Nyree excelled in this area. During our buying journey, we interacted with over a dozen different agents - none of whom demonstrated the same level of communication, professionalism, and transparency that Nyree consistently provided. We had a couple of time-sensitive moments in the late afternoons and early evenings, and Nyree was always available to take our calls or respond promptly to our messages. When the time comes for us to buy or sell again, Nyree will be the first person we contact.
