Our agent was Joanne Stuyck who sold our existing home, and was the selling agent for the land that we purchased to build on. Joanne was extremely open, honest and always transparent through the entire process. Throughout long settlement periods on both homes, Jo was maintained constant communication, eased any concerns that we had and was always available to us.
