Excellent communicator with deep knowledge of the Redlands property market and a nice person to boot

This was the first property we bought many years ago and the first property that we sold. Karen explained how the sale process would work including what she was going to pay for and what we were going to pay for. We interviewed a total of seven local agents and we knew right from the beginning that Karen was the one that would look after our interests the best. Karen is a great listener as all our suggestions were incorporated into the final marketing package. She did say that she was a good negotiator and that was proved correct because we got extremely close to the higher end of her estimate. We are happy it sold within five days of being listed on the internet (one day after the first open house). Well done Karen. We were blown away with the property listing on the internet. All photos, videos and walk throughs presented the property in the best light possible. As with most things, there is a team in the background that provides support.
