The importance of a plan B

Karen and her team embarked on a no nonsense marketing campaign after carefully listening to our needs. We had four offers the day after the first show house. Two of the offers sparked our interest and she negotiated with the potential buyers until we had an acceptable signed offer to hand. What was most impressive was her tenaciousness in getting a back up offer signed "just in case". This turned out to be very wise as the first offer fell over and the inconvenience was minimised. We highly recommend Karen and her team as proficient, professional and pragmatic. Plan B saved the day. Additionally they kept us calm and informed through the whole process.
