Need I say more? Corinne was an absolute gem to work with for buying our first home - couldn't recommend her enough! Corinne's knowledge, honesty, professionalism but also her relaxed approach and her sense of humour allowed us to have a really seamless, stress free and pain free experience all the way through to settlement. She is by far the best agent to work with and also has the cutest dogs! Corinne has strong communication skills, works very efficiently and is so down to earth - such a breath of fresh air! Although the property we were selling is in a locality that Corinne does not usually operate in, her initial meeting and discussion with us showed that she had done a lot of research into the area, and was very well-informed on all the important aspects necessary to promote the sale of our property, and she clearly outlined the steps involved in the marketing and sale of our property. Corinne is a genuine people-person, and we connected immediately with her positive and energetic personality and open communication style. Corinne listened attentively to our questions and observations and opinions throughout all of our interactions with her, and provided us with clear and easy-to-understand responses and explanations, as well as professional suggestions and guidance from her extensive and well documented property marketing/sales background. We did not have any concerns about what progress was being made on the marketing and sale of our property, because Corinne kept us regularly updated and maintained contact with us via phone calls, emails, texts and face-to-face meetings as we reached each milestone. Whenever we had a question or needed confirmation of some aspect from Corinne, she was always available and responded immediately to us. As a result of the amazing work that Corinne did in marketing our property, within a week of the listing we received 5 offers immediately after a well attended 'open house' that Corinne managed. With Corinne's expert handling of some negotiations between us and the potential buyers, we accepted an offer which proceeded to an unconditional contract well within the timeframe specified in the contract. Corinne presented us with a detailed portfolio of her experience as a realtor, and her sales research in the locality of our property. She explained the sale process clearly and in detail, provided recommendations, and also sought our opinions and needs as sellers. This occurred before we had agreed to contract her ... very impressive. Any apprehension we had was allayed by this initial care to detail which Corinne demonstrated from the get-go. Everything proceeded seamlessly and thoroughly, with Corinne maintaining communication at all times. We loved her responsiveness (always responded immediately to texts/calls/emails), and her sharing of ideas that made our sale experience pleasant and informed, and successful. We had five written offers after the first open (very well attended as the property was well marketed), less than a week after listing; and the offer we chose went to unconditional contract ahead of schedule. Corinne managed any small hitches using her knowledge, communication, advice and a genuine consideration for the satisfaction of both seller and buyer. During the process of selling our propery, Corinne celebrated each step with us - she was truly pleased that we were happy, and that our buyers were also happy.
