Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting time became incredibly stressful due to ongoing issues with the sellers, multiple delays and a settlement that seemed to keep getting pushed back. Through all of it, Corrine was always there to help. She kept us informed, guided us through what was happening and did everything she could from her end to keep things moving. Even when the issues were completely outside of her control, she continued to follow things up and support us through the process. Corinne initially met with me at my home to talk about my property & to show & discuss market and marketing info with me. I asked Corinne for advice about presenting my house optimally for sale - her guidance was spot-on & easy to carry out- she helped me source a trade at short notice, to clean areas of my property. The photos & live listing occurred seamlessly. The morning after the property went live online, Corinne arranged a private viewing after already communicating with an interested buyer. Corinne then involved another interested party in the private viewing, and continued in communication with these parties until my first (and only!) open home that weekend. After an afternoon and evening of back- and forward communications with several potential buyers immediately following the open home (including the buyer who made the initial enquiry and requested the private viewing), a signed contract was lodged that night at a price that was most acceptable to both the buyer - the buyer who made the initial enquiry - and to me as the seller. [Corinne didn't finish her work with my property until 9pm that saturday night]. So Corinne secured this contract within 6 days of the property going live online - and then she continued to communicate and negotiate with the buyer and me, until the contract was unconditional and the full deposit was paid only 9 days later. Corinne has carried on communicating with both the buyer and with me during the period leading up to settlement, to ensure that everything remains on-track and that both parties are fully informed. In my experience, Corinne is an exceptional operator as a real estate agent because she is well informed herself, and is truthful when negotiating and/or sharing information (doesn't promise things she can't deliver) - she is a hands-on problem-solver - she is passionate about her role in supporting people in dealing with their most valuable and personal assets (their properties).
