A 6 Years Journey with Karen

Our relationship goes back to 6 years ago when we bought this unit as an investment property through Karen. The unit was literally never ever short of tenants! When we decided to sell this unit, Chloe from Karen's team has been working closely with us. Due to some unpredicted incidents, Chloe has been taking care of us almost 24/7. We saw her text messages, emails and calls after business hours, on Sunday and even the New Year Holiday! She always communicated with us in a very professional way: not only responsive but also with the spot-on answers.
