We have never dealt with a better agent.

We love love love Corinne. This is now our fourth property purchase and we can with confidence say we have never dealt with a better agent. We have built a shrine to worship Corinne

So this is the THIRD house Corinne has sold for us, each one selling in less time than the one before, but this is not the impressive part. We listed with another agent first (attribute this to temporary loss of mental faculties), and the property was on the market for 72 days, with only one offer a few weeks prior to Christmas. We rejected the offer, took the property off the market and launched it again with Corinne at the end of January after she forgave us (lots of begging) for not giving her the listing first. Corinne once again performed her magic and made our home look stunning in the marketing photos. Within an hour of the property going online, Corinne received a request for a private inspection which culminated in a contract over list price. Under contract in 6 HOURS after the other agent had it for 72 DAYS!!!!! It is important to note that each of these houses were in suburbs that Corinne had not sold in before (her specialty area is Mount Cotton), but achieved better results than the local agents. We have yet to meet another agent or person like Corinne; a consummate professional, genuinely caring and hysterically funny. She is now family. We love her, our kids love her and we know that the buyers of all three of our homes think she’s pretty awesome too.
