The process of engaging with the Beenleigh LJ Hooker team was extremely easy and efficient in relation to the property we have leased. All staff have been great to deal with and only too happy to assist however they can. Only recently we had to have some emergency works completed on the property and they were incredibly quick to respond trying to find a resolution that addressed our needs as the tenant while still trying to keep a control on the costs to the landlord. Great team - extremely friendly to deal with - balanced in their approach - cant recommend them enough either from a tenant or landlords perspective.

We engaged with LJ hooker property management a year back and we had really good experience with them. Shelley is our current PM and we are super happy with her service. Having good PM takes off any worries from landlord shoulders. Highly recommend.

I wish to comment on communication part of LJHooker Beenleigh's service which my wife and I find prompt. An improvement on fixing identified breakages on exiting report from previous tenant would make it 100 percent.
