The inspection was good it started on time. I was just a bit disappointed with the application form as it glitches while I was adding my pets it took me multiple times to add them cause when i go submit it says incomplete information everytime eventhough i have completed all the required boxes. Also I cannot get hold of the property manager and the person who was with us during the inspection very easily. My mom had to go to their office to enquire, but other than that everything was fine.

The agents here are quite professional. Very strong sales team, and professional leasing team. It does seem like they are a bit tight on resources as it can be a bit hard to get in touch with your property manager, and sometimes there can be a lack of communication / organisation however mostly it is good.

Multiple times I’ve asked for information about repairs only to have the blame put on myself when the damage to the property was clearly done between my first inspection and the time I picked up the keys. I feel I’m being scammed by the real estate and the property owner as there is no clear transparency between myself and the rental agency. Every time I speak with someone from LJ Hooker Beenleigh I am treated like a second class citizen. The photos taken by the real estate for the condition report conveniently doesn’t show any of the damage by way of strategic photography, eg. damage to rear door frame and lock hidden behind partially opened door. I was told the owner doesn’t have the money to repair the property and I have to live with whatever damage is present.
