Buying a house is stressful, especially when agents are sneaky about pricing, offers and make it difficult to know if your budget makes you a potential buyer of a property. Trudy was up front, direct and made it very easy to put an offer in and get the sale done and contracted within hours of first discussing it. Trudy was absolutely terrific to work with for the sale of our property. Her market knowledge and her great advice and guidance on the best way to prepare for and place our property on the market left us feeling very comfortable and confident. To receive a phone call from Trudy within a couple weeks of our property being advertised with a great offer was just amazing. Our property sold for more than we expected and much faster. I couldn't recommend Trudy more highly.

To engage Trudy to sell our property was a decision we have not looked back on. From day one Trudy was very professional, but gave a very calm and caring approach to our sale.
