I actually don’t know where to start, I was a first home buyer I can’t give Trudy 100% I give her 10000% Trudy truly made our purchase so easy she guided us through everything we needed to know and do, she gave us our dream home from phone calls to emails getting back to us ASAP not once did we ever have to wait. Trudy was great. She helped us to purchase our current home in Yarrabilba. It was a spec home that we purchased directly from the builder for a little less than the original asking price. My wife first inspected the property about 3 weeks before it was actually finished. Inspections were never a problem despite some random times because of my work commitments & a Sunday when Trudy wasn't actually working. Trudy kept us informed right through the process, until she handed us our keys & a welcome package with some goodies. Thanks again Trudy

Trudy’s approach to me as the owner/seller, was consistently warm, genuine and sincere. A few times when both our schedules wouldn’t allow us to talk, she didn’t mind reaching out past her working hours, even a couple of times thru ungodly hours just to give me the assurance that she’s on top of it. In the midst of Covid selling my property was challenging with a lot more in the market. She consistently communicated to me. And because of that, I have developed a sense of trust in her. Her communication skills, reflects her experience, confidence and her ability to listen.
