Simply The Best!
I recently purchased my new home, something I was losing faith would happen. What should have been an easy quick settlement became extremely difficult & complicated. Thanks to the fantastic team at L J Hooker Yarrabilba though, it settled! If it wasn’t for my agent, Trudy Weaver, I would have given up but this lady went above and beyond to keep it going. Trudy sold our rental
Trudy sold our rental for asking price in 2020, We were happy with her skills and advice in getting our house ready for sale. We were very pleased to get the phone call on Christmas eve saying it was under contract. There were no problems in getting to settlement. We would suggest using Trudy as an agent .

Truly Amazing
I actually don’t know where to start, I was a first home buyer I can’t give Trudy 100% I give her 10000% Trudy truly made our purchase so easy she guided us through everything we needed to know and do, she gave us our dream home from phone calls to emails getting back to us ASAP not once did we ever have to wait. Trudy was my rock through buying our land through her I can’t thank her enough for all the energy and time she had put into our purchase you truly are amazing you actually should be very proud of yourself of the person you are we always had a laugh and it felt like I new you for years thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Very pleased
Trudy was great. She helped us to purchase our current home in Yarrabilba. It was a spec home that we purchased directly from the builder for a little less than the original asking price. My wife first inspected the property about 3 weeks before it was actually finished. Inspections were never a problem despite some random times because of my work commitments & a Sunday when Trudy wasn't actually working. Trudy kept us informed right through the process, until she handed us our keys & a welcome package with some goodies. Thanks again Trudy
