I have used Christie’s real estate agency many times over the years, for both buying and selling rental properties and then for management of those rental properties. I never negotiate down on price, but rather negotiate up on service, however, with Christie, there is no negotiating up in service, because her service is already the best there is. Hopefully, I will be using her services again soon.
