Wayne knows the market and knows his buyers. His communication is exceptional and knows how to work with sellers to get the best price the market will offer. We've sold through Wanye twice now and wouldn't think again to do it again.

Excellent!
Wayne went over and beyond assisting with the settlement and all paperwork involved in the purchase of our first home. All communications and questions that we had regarding the property were answered as quickly as possible and any issues were attended to immediately and rectified . Hand over date came by so fast and Wayne ensured that the property was left how we viewed. Overall, great service and great agent. Successful sale!
Wayne was very patient with us and waited until we were ready to sell. He advised us along the way of what would promote a successful sale. Once we were ready, things moved very quickly and the process was organised in a timely and systematic way. The sale negotiation was quick and the conditions suitable. Any adjustments and queries were dealt with quickly and with as minimal impact as possible. Wayne was very approachable and available as required.
