We had 3 private viewings before going to market in the first few days, two open homes (on one Saturday) with 19 families through and received an excellent (above market) offer which enabled us to purchase our dream home. It was a very fast moving experience, he kept in regular contact for both the buying and the selling. He is very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and has a wonderful team around him.
