An excellent and professional service

Patrick sold my parents' home in an independent living estate. It was the home where our parents enjoyed their time after retirement. Patrick maintained the pace and decorum we desired and took time to understand what we wanted, which was to maintain a dignity in the process. We heard from Patrick after weekend open days, keeping us informed all the time of the progress of the work; we received outstanding service. Patrick was recommended to us by another resident. Although we had an exclusive contract with LJ Hooker, an agent from another company approached me and tried to pressure us into switching agents. The telephone call was unsolicited, the agent was initially polite, but became aggressive and left me agitated. When informed, Patrick simply responded "we remain professional". I have, personally, learnt from his approach and Patrick continued with his leadership of the team. We were delighted with the service received and remain willing and happy to recommend his services.
