Patrick Bowen
Born and raised in WA, Patrick spent his early working life travelling the world before moving to Melbourne in 1995. He has always lived in Melbourne’s West and after being one of the first to build in the Boardwalk Estate in 2000 he has called Point Cook ‘home’ ever since.
With almost 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, Patrick fully understands the necessity for excellence in customer service and delivers this seamlessly to everyone with whom he comes into contact. Patrick is frequently praised for his helpfulness and courteousness – he understands that providing exceptional service to buyers is what contributes to a successful sale for his vendors.
Patrick has achieved his long term goal of developing a successful career in Real Estate as a successful Auctioneer which allows him to combine his interest in property with the desire to help people make some of their biggest decisions in buying and selling a home. Becoming the Top selling Agent in the Boardwalk Estate is a goal that was achieved in 2013 , 2014 and again in 2016 with even greater results. Through hard work and outstanding service that success is being built upon with even greater results in 2017.
Patrick’s interests include cinema, spending his free time with friends and, in homage to his origins, is an ardent Fremantle F.C. fan ( Men's and Ladies Member ). AFL is a passion and Patrick is the in-house footy tipping captain for Point Cook Real Estate.
