Excellent communication and support throughout a challenging purchase

I recommend Milan to anyone looking to sell a home. Milan was ethical and trustworthy in all his dealings with us. He was also super engaged, he gave us great advice and shared his knowledge about how best to present our childhood home for sale. He was easy to contact and always kept us up to date with developments. It was an emotional time for our family, with illness forcing Mum into a nursing home at short notice. and my brother and I having to sell our family home, which we moved into in 1974. Milan was sensitive to our circumstances and many times was required to act as family counsellor, as well as real estate agent. He was a great comfort to both me and my brother. Milan also managed the sale during periods when I was over east and my brother was overseas. His excellent coordination and communication skills were key to his success. We sold our home very quickly and were impressed with the effort Milan put into developing good relationships with prospective buyers. He had a great network of people to call on as required, including tradesmen, conveyancers and others. Thanks very much Milan and team.

Sold in the first week!!!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with James and Milan. Having had some disappointing experiences with pushy sales agents in the past, I was quite nervous about the process and unsure of what to expect. From day one, however, James and Milan completely made me feel at ease. They never rushed us, pushed us into decisions, or used sales tactics that made us uncomfortable. Instead, they took the time to listen, provide honest advice, and guide us through the process with genuine care. Their approach was refreshing and made us feel supported rather than sold to. Not only did they sell our house incredibly quickly, for way more than we though possible.. but their communication throughout was exceptional. We were kept informed every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would message at all hours with a quick response every time. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and support. If you’re looking for agents who are trustworthy, approachable, highly skilled, and genuinely have your best interests at heart, we couldn’t recommend James and Milan more highly.
