Very smooth easy transaction

Pretty happy with the result achieved, thanks for the extra negotiating James. Selling vacant land is a different experience to selling to house, this was a very straight forward transaction! There was not a lot of sales evidence to compare to but was easy enough to agree on a marketing strategy. I am happy with the level of communication and service received.
