Entire sale process handled in a professional, efficient and pleasing manner.

The combination of appealing features that our home offered, made it difficult to value. However with James's understanding of the market, he was able to provide a suitable selling strategy, together with a price range that was high enough to meet our expectations whilst not discouraging potential buyers. Our home sold quickly, and the whole process was managed in a professional, efficient and friendly manner, whilst keeping us promptly informed at every step.
