Competent and Professional Service
Jon was highly professional from the outset. He provided a frank assessment of the local market (including recent sales and current offerings) and suggested a market strategy designed to get a result in a generally tough environment. Although not pushed to sell (and the market not ideal), the timing was good for our own objectives. Jon's advice had the property sold quickly at what his (and my own research) suggested was a fair market price. Very happy with the service and outcome. Highly recommended.
