We bought Asperia Street through Tracy and found her and her team nothing but helpful. They had a lot of knowledge on the property and the area. When we had to extend settlement by using the grace period, this pushed us into the Christmas holidays. Tracy worked with the solicitors to make sure settlement happened prior to Christmas (rather than into the New Year). When buying and selling property there can always be events that are out of anyone’s control, and it can be stressful, but Tracy handled everything quickly and professionally.
