David was great in the process of our purchase. He took the time to listen and nothing was a bother to him, if we needed another inspection he always made himself available. When it came down to negotiating he made helpful suggestions while not voicing an opinion, very professional. He was on top of his game answering any questions we had during the closing process and always communicating with us every step of the way. It was difficult negotiating at times as the seller was overseas on holiday, but David always kept us updated. David was always helpful, courteous, efficient, professional and has a very personable manner. I would highly recommend David to anyone buying or selling their property.
