We first met Tracy as potential buyers at a house she had open for inspection in Reedy Creek. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and down to earth she was. She did an excellent job highlighting all the positive aspects of the house without me feeling like she was in my face. We couldn't buy that house but Tracy remembered all the things that were important to my family in a house and she contacted me if something popped up that she thought would suit us. When our house didn't sell with our existing agent, we decided to swap over to Tracey because she was so outstanding to us as buyers, we felt confident that even though our beautiful house had been on the market for 8 months, she would be able to sell it.
