A great result and a great experience working with Tracy. Tracy has an exceptional knowledge of the area and also the real estate opportunities in the area. We were always in contact throughout the transaction which made it a comfortable process and therefore would highly recommend.

I must say that the follow up and assistance has been brilliant. We asked for second inspection and after agreeing to price we also asked to come back and measure things up. They have always been fantastic.

I sold my unit using David Bolitho. David was very assuring that my unit would sell and with his data base and knowledge of the area he certainly was correct my unit sold at the first open home and I was extremely happy with his service.

Trustworthy and pleasant experience. Ryan is one of the few honest real estate agents around. He was patient, gave great advice in preparation for the sale, kept us up to date and was pleasant to deal with. Overall a smooth experience. Recommended

Mitch put us at ease from the start of the selling process and after the first meeting made us feel very comfortable that we had made the right decision, particularly given we live interstate. He is polite, very prompt in responding to questions and clear in his communication. His passion and understanding of the market in this area enabled us to achieve a great result. I would highly recommend Mitch to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thank you

Mitch is polite, very easy going and friendly to deal with. He makes you feel relaxed from the first phone call. He answers enquiries day & night and even on weekends. He is the sort of person that makes you feel like you'd invite him to a BBQ even though you don't really know him. I have never personally met Mitch as I live in another state and listed our property with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property in the area. Great work Mitch, thanks so much.

Professional and very helpful throughout the process so far

Mitch had our property on the market for 2 weeks and had a signed contract by the end of that period. We left negotiations in Mitch's hands and he did not disappoint. Mitch was able to negotiate swiftly what we were seeking for the property and was able to get us a signed contract to seal the deal. We highly recommend Mitch to sell your property, you will not be disappointed.
