Best Agent we have dealt with
Coming from Brisbane to the Gold Coast originally we had problems with Agents not calling us back or showing any passion at all. But since selling with Tracy we noticed a dramatic difference. She is very passionate, driven and motivated. Her whole team are like a well oiled machine they are professional, prompt and warm, they communicate with you every step of the way and she genuinely wants the best for both parties in the transaction. We couldn't have asked for a better team to sell our home with.

Zero integrity - buyers beware.
Brooke actively played a role in enabling the purchase of a property widely criticised by builders and tradesmen as the "worst renovation they've ever seen." He consistently deceived me, working with the seller to prevent access to the property before settlement, prioritising the sale over honesty and integrity. This behaviour way surpasses any negative experience I've encountered in the real estate industry to date. His devious nature has cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars.
