I have bought and sold from David and he has provided excellent customer service. Having discussed the sale price for my property he delivered on the price and conditions. I appointed him at 1:30pm, 2 buyers were brought through, and the property was sold by 7:30pm the same day. Can't get better than that! I would highly recommend him.

We reached out to Tracy having seen a number of her old listings. After describing the area and facilities we were after, Tracy utilised her network to find an off market property that was a perfect fit. All our interactions with Tracy were positive and pleasant, she was very supportive as well as being open and transparent about the property, the market and the process. All in all it was a great experience with an outstanding outcome.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tracy, she was always very professional and understanding during a difficult time with the death of my father early in the campaign. Not only did she sell our apartment she achieved our figure we had set with only two inspections. I would thoroughly recommend Tracy to anyone interested in selling.
