From the moment we meant Ellen we were impressed by her professionalism. We decided to go to auction in the current market but we’re happy to take offers under auction conditions and within 2 weeks Ellen had achieved a fantastic price and the sale was completed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Ellen.

Ellen is the best agent we have come across. Ellen has the ability to turn a shaky moment to a positive, and have best outcome for all parties. Ellen is considerate and respectful of people needs, however at times demands are impossible and it is time to seek other avenues and solutions. Ellen exhausts all avenues and keeps you posted along the way. We felt very confident that Ellen is working for us throughout the whole process of the sale. For Ellen real estate is not just a job and she is passionate and works very hard to achieve her goals and what's best for her clients. We recommend Ellen to anyone looking at selling or buying a home.

Recently Ellen Bian welcomed us to the opportunity of viewing a Varsity Lakes Property. This was handled in a most friendly and professional manner. Ellen answered our questions very well and was open and forthcoming on all the various aspects associated with the property. This honesty was greatly appreciated and we left feeling we had the adequate information to make an offer if we desired.

From the time of our first conversation and during the preparation of the sale Ellen was just amazing. Totally supportive and available to answer questions at any time. It was the smoothest property sale I have ever been involved with. Ellen has her finger on the pulse of the market and buyers interested in properties in Varsity Lakes.
