Very helpful, amenable, easy to approach. Kate has been very understanding especially when we have had open houses, as we have been quite a lot over in Canberra, she has taken the time to sort out alarm, lights blinds etc ready for showing and has done the same on her departure. She has kept us in the loop at all times and give her credit when it has been her day off, or just come back from holiday she has always been very accommodating with information or relaying news.

James was very helpful in helping us sell the property. He gave good advice on property values in the area and how to improve the property prior to putting it on the market. He was professional, helpful and approachable.

We were in great hands with Kate and James at LJ Hooker, Sanctuary Point, who guided us through the entire process of selling the family holiday home. We felt comfortable that Kate and James cared about our circumstances and together we worked towards securing our desired outcome. Very professional, trustworthy, and honest. Highly recommend.

James is always available to answer the phone and provide guidance and feedback. He was very helpful with enquiries through the seller and any questions about the property. He provided a very smooth transition from the 1st inspection right through to settlement. Highly recommended for Purchasing or selling a property. Nothing was a problem, always friendly and obliging.

I walked into the LJ Hooker office with an idea of the type of property I needed to fulfil my needs. Kate offered a great solution that I would not have otherwise considered. She was very thorough, prompt and courteous. She respected my circumstances and did not pressure me throughout the process. I would highly recommend her, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Kate was an excellent agent, she was very good at keeping us up to date on our offers. She was always available and easy to reach at any time of the day even after hours. I would not hesitate in recommending her to sell or buy further properties.

MASSIVE CALLOUT - To Kate at LJ Hooker for the exceptional service I received in the recent purchase of my new house. Right from the start in looking at houses, to finding the right place for my partner and me, to final settlement, Kate was lovely and fantastic to deal with. Always kept me in the loop on progress, always checking in to make sure I was across and comfortable with everything / next stages. Could not have asked for a better experience.
