We had such a positive experience working with Kav and his team and genuinely couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. From the beginning, Kav's communication was excellent. He always kept us informed about what was happening, what buyers were saying, how inspections were going and what he was seeing in the market. He was very transparent with us throughout, which made a big difference because we always felt like we knew where we stood and what the next step was. One of the things we appreciated most was Kav's market knowledge and the way he used it to shape the campaign. He didn't just recommend one approach and stick with it no matter what. He talked us through different sales strategies, explained the pros and cons of each, and then adjusted the plan as the campaign progressed based on buyer feedback, market conditions and the level of interest he was seeing.
