Was a pleasure working with Sanjeev and team. Being our first home we had a lot of questions at many listings, we really appreciate the patience and great quality service. Through the house inspections we worked with Kit, who we met by chance at an off market viewing. We went on to view a number of homes with him and could not speak highly enough, he did an amazing job providing information on the properties with the ability to also give us space to talk amongst my ourselves. Sanjeev took over as Kit was on leave but again we were met with the same great service. We needed to view to property again after the initial viewing and Sanjeev was able to quickly arrange for this to happen at the earliest convenience for all, it made us feel valued as a customers and the entire experience was seamless. There were some hiccups with the strata reports, not at the fault of Sanjeev and team but they were more than to happy help and assist in anyway they could. All in all, really impressed with the professionalism of the whole team, via phone and in person. Most importantly the care take with us was amazing, we felt like we were in great hands throughout the entire process. Keep up the great work team!!
