I approached Sanjeev very early about our intentions to sell our property and found him to be knowledgeable and to have an extremely pleasant character. He stayed in touch with me and when we were ready to sell he met my husband who was so impressed he immediately told me he did not want to meet another agent, that Sanjeev was our guy. Professional, honest and confident he was everything we wanted in an agent. He never overpromised us, was always upfront and highly efficient. We didn’t expect such an amazing team and were pleasantly surprised, the communication was incredible, photographers fantastic and everyone created a great buzz of excitement in the lead up to listing. We achieved a sale well beyond our expectations, or anyone’s expectations, which of course is what everyone hopes for. I was looking for an agent to sell my property but found most of the agents to be quite pushy in getting you to sign with them, often bombarding you with "follow up" messages. Sanjeev was very friendly at the start and not pushy at all. He kept me in the loop with what's going on at all times and sold my property quicker than I anticipated. Highly recommended!
