We were first time sellers, didnt know what we were doing but I have always considered myself to be a thorough project manager.. So I did what PMs do best, set out to talk go ebery man and his dog until we feel confident in whats required.. So I booked in consults with 6 local agents, asked as many questions as I could.. We were in no rush to decide on an agent and thought I could exploit the initial consult process to learn & set our expectations correctly & ready ourselvss to sell. Sanjeev & team rocked up as #5 of 6 agents we had scheduled. I was already exhausted & feeling bewildered since the 4 agents we met did not arrive prepared to win our contract, they were very casual & not very informative. Sanjeev arrived with a full presentation ready with local recent sale examples, printouts full of bullet pointed info that answered every question I had plus exposed me to many facts I hadn't considered. We played it cool with Sanjeev but after his team left we cancelled the #6 agent & decided to run with LJ Hooker, but waited a day to tell him! Their team were professional throughout the experience of selling, providing alot of guidance & helped with preparation for photography, open homes and really just made the process easy and smooth. They brought 2 offers to us from their local network before it even officially launched online! Its obvious I know but I really cant recommend enough just how happy we were with our choice of going with Sanjeev & his team! A+ Realtors!! Will use again next time!

We recently purchased our first home through LJ Hooker Riverstone and had an excellent experience working with Sanjeev Kumar and the wider team. From the beginning, Sanjeev was professional, transparent and accommodating throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during such an important purchase. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond. He even arranged a private inspection at 8:30pm to fit around our schedules, which we greatly appreciated. Over several months, the LJ Hooker team took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right home rather than trying to rush us into a purchase. Their patience, support and local knowledge made the whole experience much less stressful. We are very grateful to Sanjeev and the LJ Hooker team for helping us secure our new home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Tanishq had us updated on all surrounding area sales, market knowledge impeccable, we were given constant negotiation updates daily on the buyers he was working with for us, just do not think we would have had such a smooth transition without his expertise and his friendly manner, just like family, he was awesome.
