Tanishq made the whole process so easy. All documentation, including building reports, was available on the day of inspection, and was in our inbox shortly after we asked for a copy to review at home. He made negotiating on price very easy and we agreed on a price with the owners the same day we made the original offer, conditional on our own inspection reports being conducted. Access for the inspections was granted quickly, allowing us to have all the information we needed. Tanishq kept us updated on progress every step of the way, and when our conveyancer told us they had not received a responce from the vendors side he was on it immediately and got the ball rolling again so we could get the contract signed and securing us the property. It never felt like he was being pushy or overbearing, instead merely being very friendly, professional and approachable to make the process as smooth and easy for us as possible. As first home buyers, having this transparency and updates on the progress of the purchasing process made so easy was refreshing after a previous bad experience with another agent had us worried. Tanishq has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to moving into our new home.
