Our initial connection with the team at LJH Seaforth was as a managing agent for our rental property. No complaints or problems on that front. Earlier this year we decided to sell the property, but first we needed to do a major overhaul on the unit as it had been over 20 years since it’s last renovation. The tenant was given notice and soon the planning would begin. We met Tim and Candice on-site and went through the high level plan of what needed to be done. The extensive experience of both Tim and Candice really shone through. We not only received great guidance of what to do, they were also very instrumental in helping us with quotes for the various renovation items. The sale process was handled with an equal level professionalism and experience. We received regular email and phone calls on the interested parties. It turned out to be a quick sale, and the outcome was pleasing enough considering a difficult market. Tim and Candice take a very holistic approach to selling a property, with calm, thoughtful guidance from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
