Him and Nicola co-ordinated all the tradesmen and services for improvements to my late mothers house and they couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful. There were some very frustrating legal issues with the executor and Tim was amazing ... his patience, composure and polite professionalism were exemplary. The feedback after opens was prompt and thorough and the sale price exceeded our expectations. Our review of Tim and all at L J Hooker Seaforth.The service was excellent . We are very grateful to Tim and Nicola who guided us with ALL the preparation for our successful sale. This included any repairs we needed , and improvements as to the total end result. Nothing was too much trouble which kept us on an even keel Tim management of the people who came to inspect the property, was the best possible. He then would call us and give us a full run down of the open house time. Michael and I we felt it was very relaxed, as we trusted the ideas given to us as very special. So now we have to move on, but will cherish our association with Tim and L J Hooker. We hope in time we can keep in touch . We absolutely recommend Tim very highly .
