We have used Neil to sell a number of properties over the years. He has sold three properties for us and one for our parents. What I really like about Neil is he tells it like it is. He knows the market well and is very honest about what price is achievable and what improvements can be done to achieve a better price without over capitalising. He goes above and beyond when selling a house. Even though he is principal of Go Gecko, for the properties he has sold for us, he has been the one to attend the open houses and is the main point of contact for both the buyers and the sellers. He maintains contact constantly during the selling process right up until settlement, keeping all parties updated and informed.
