Effective, reliable and problem free.
Neil sold my house in 2018 and made the process of selling pain free. He provided an estimated range for the price of the property and the selling price was bang on the high end of the range. After the initial inspection of the property he made recommendations on a few items that would improve the reach and interest in the property. These recommendations were spot on as the buyer commented on the item's as good selling points that tipped them over to purchasing my property. Neil kept me well informed of progress right up to and after the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Perfect result!!
Couldn't have asked for more. Achieved the price we wanted and in record time (after first open home). It was by far the best sale experience we have had. We were on holidays overseas at the time and Neil made the whole process easy. The buyer wanted an earlier settlement which Neil assisted with. He continued to keep us updated on the sale whilst we were traveling. The property settled the day after we returned from holidays without a glitch. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome as always!!
My husband and I have known Neil for approximately 10 years. He has assisted us with a number of property sales as well as managed a couple of rental properties over this time. He has also sold a couple of properties for family members as well. I have always found him to be completely honest and upfront about what a property is worth and also helpful with what can be done to make a property more presentable, be it for rent or for sale. For this specific property sale, we had a contract within the week and for more than we initially indicated we would accept. Very pleased with the results Neil achieved.

Great agent

A professional who gets the job done
It was a pleasure to work with Neil and his team at Go Gecko. Neil provided some advise on how to stage our place and gave us the time and space to do that. With that advice, we put a wonderful house up for sale and it was sold earlier than we expected (~ 6 weeks) - probably because of the great staging advice. Neil is down to earth, prompt in communication and professional. He gets the job done and negotiates well. Would definitely use his expertise again. Honest and Down to Earth Agent
We have used Neil to sell a number of properties over the years. He has sold three properties for us and one for our parents. What I really like about Neil is he tells it like it is. He knows the market well and is very honest about what price is achievable and what improvements can be done to achieve a better price without over capitalising. He goes above and beyond when selling a house. Even though he is principal of Go Gecko, for the properties he has sold for us, he has been the one to attend the open houses and is the main point of contact for both the buyers and the sellers. He maintains contact constantly during the selling process right up until settlement, keeping all parties updated and informed. I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone considering selling their property.
