I was impressed immediately upon meeting Maree Curtis at my property to discuss letting it whilst we relocate overseas for a couple of years. We were a little worried about renting it as it’s our home, not an investment property but we were soon put at ease by Maree’s thorough information regarding tenant selection & property management. As soon as the photos were up on Realestate.com.au an enquiry came through. It was only a matter of around 2 weeks before an ideal tenant was found . Mikaela was responsible for all the tenant viewings by appointment and I must say her communication to us regarding times and then the follow up after the appointments was impressive.
