Worked hard to get the best sale price possible

I am a naive,skeptical seller, and was looking for an agent I could trust to get the best possible price as I was depending on this asset to support me in retirement. I was a little concerned that Davids only promise was to work hard to get the best price possible for me, but this concern was misplaced. (No estimate of sale price was given) Through the duration of the selling process I got better acquainted with market prices on line. The offer that David got for me, was all I hoped for and more and with favorable contract conditions for me as seller to boot. David is a good listener, took on board my limited resources available to prepare the house for sale, and then provided practical manageable advice on how to best prepare for the sale. David provided an expected time frame to achieve the best offer possible and sure enough a great offer materialized on schedule. I could see from the list of offers provided as they happened, that the best offer was at the end of an upwards trajectory of offers. My property was one that could have sold itself for a lot less, but David did a lot of unnecessary work marketing that I am convinced enabled him to achieve an extremely good sale price. Additional on line marketing costs recommended by David were nominal. Best possible experience, yet commission was the lowest I found.
