Had a fantastic experience with David selling my 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom / single garage Villa in Reedy Creek, Gold Coast. The sale was tricky as there was a 12 month lease in place and unfortunately the Government changed the Capital Gains Tax rules mid - campaign. David handled it all with great skill, patience, and and ethics - targeting the right buyers from the start. He is smart and absolutely knows his stuff - from being very persuasive with buyers and creating lots of interest, down to the boring paperwork stuff like searches and contracts! I particularly appreciated the fact that he does not overcommunicate. He respects your time while still keeping you up to date with the important stuff.
