Slow to take action

From a landlord’s perspective, we need to be confident that things are happening in a timely manner. However, we are finding ourselves needing to continually prompt LJ to follow through on what has been agreed to. We were hoping that by employing an agent to manage the rental property we could leave things in their hands, but we seem to spend a significant amount of time chasing things up that have not been actioned.
