LJ Hooker Southport has managed our investment property on the Gold Coast for more than three years, and we have always been impressed with their professionalism, communication and care. More recently, when our family relocated up north and last-minute changes meant we needed to rent out our family home, we reached out to Ben for assistance. Without hesitation, Ben stepped in to help and appointed Elle to manage the listing. Moving intrastate while trying to secure suitable tenants was incredibly stressful, but Elle made the process so much easier from the very beginning. She was engaged, proactive and thorough in screening appropriate tenants, and even went out of her way to organise a lock box to help things run smoothly. Most importantly, Elle kept us informed every step of the way, which genuinely relieved a significant amount of stress during an already busy time. With two properties now in the care of LJ Hooker Southport, we cannot speak highly enough of Ben, Elle and their teams. We are very grateful for their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional and caring property management.

Sarah Allen the senior property manager has been like a family, she took all the time to listen and enquire all the worries of me and my partner, she made sure our family’s stay in our new home becomes a great experience, we are more than thankful for all her care and support while leasing blake street property to us. She dealt with us in the most generous and professional way so we don’t stress anymore about not getting the property, it was only her who made us feel relaxed since the process began. I would like to mention Brady Richardson the leasing consultant also, he helped us find the property in the first place, and he also helped us during our inspection and everything. The young fellow provided us with proper advices regarding application procedures and also how to maintain the property well. Thanks Sarah!!! 😁😇
